ALCHEMIST APPRENTICE

(KID-A BRAND EXECUTIVE)

Location:                  Home Based / Kid-A HQ

Scope and purpose of the role

The Brand Executive plays a critical supporting role within Kid-A, ensuring seamless coordination between brands, customers, and internal teams. This role supports the execution of key brand initiatives, from new product launches to sustainability goals, while fostering strong relationships with partners.

Key result areas

  • Assist with the preparation and execution of new product ‘go to market’ strategies for all customers, including setup management and gathering necessary content/assets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.

  • Collaborate with channel leads to design and manage marketing roadmaps tailored to each customer.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new product presentations and brand introductions.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, seeking out new innovations, and sharing competitive intelligence.

  • Support the delivery of Kid-A's sustainability goals in collaboration with brand partners.

  • Provide support to the B2B channels with requests for quotes and tenders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the collection of assets, product content, and data to ensure successful product launches across all customer channels.

  • Work closely with channel leads to align brand strategies with customer needs, creating actionable marketing plans.

  • Represent Kid-A in brand meetings, ensuring the effective communication of our goals, opportunities, and expectations.

  • Conduct research to identify emerging trends, innovations, and competitor activities, sharing insights with the broader team.

  • Develop and maintain a robust database of brand content to support customer engagement and marketing initiatives.

  • Champion sustainability by collaborating with brands to implement environmentally conscious practices in line with Kid-A’s goals.

  • To collaborate with our finance team to negotiate and manage brand financial accounts, including forecasting, invoicing for Kid-A and customer rebates, listing fees, and allocated spend.

  • Provide support to the B2B channels with requests for quotes and tenders.

  • To identify opportunities for improvements across all areas of the business, taking ownership to implement and develop these enhancements.
