The accreditation has been made by the B Corp™ movement, established in 2006 by B Lab, a non-profit company that is united on a common goal to create a more “inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy” - B Lab.
The B Corp certification process considers multiple factors including a company’s social and environmental performance, and its ability to “exhibit transparency by allowing information about their performance [to be] measured against B Lab’s standards” – B Lab. This process also focuses on ensuring companies manage their operations to benefit all stakeholders, not just their shareholders.
Since its birth, Kid-A’s philosophy has focused on being disruptive, imaginative and diverse in its operations and not afraid to go against the consensus to drive change in the industry.
